In situations where your e-mail user name is less than four characters long (as in the final example above), your passcode consists of the first two characters of your e-mail user name combined with the first two characters of your e-mail domain name. Passcodes may contain letters, numbers, dots (.), dashes (-) and underscores (_). Passcodes are not case sensitive.
